To get noticed or possibly be admired, maybe even get a compliment or two. Often makeup or looking ones best gives a boost to a person's confidence and makes them ready for the day. Getting noticed for looking good is a nice plus too.
Just a thing: don’t use to much makeup or you are going to look like a clown!!!
